Values-Centered Leadership Certificate
Are you looking for leadership development that is affordable, focused on values, and takes place within a supportive learning community? The scholars and practitioners of DePaul University’s Vincent on Leadership: The Hay Project invite you to bring your authentic leadership story — your best practices and your challenges — to the Certificate in Values-Centered Leadership.
The Fall 2008 session begins Friday, September 19, and will meet for eight (8) Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. through November 21.
This highly individualized learning laboratory is centered on the Project’s leadership model, rooted in transformational and servant leadership. The model is inspired by the story of DePaul University’s patron and guides your leadership development in four key orientations: Mission, People, Service, and Task.
Assessments, lectures and small-group work will help you measure and guide your own growth in the interpersonal, multicultural, ethical and spiritual competencies connected to these orientations.
The cost of the certificate program is $655, and includes the registration fee, all materials, coaching sessions and refreshments.
Friday sessions will be held on September 19 & 26, October 3, 10, 17 and 24; and November 7 & 21. Attendance at all sessions is required.
The DEADLINE for registration and scholarship application is Friday, September 12, 2008.
All registration is through DePaul’s Office of Continuing and Professional Education at learning.depaul.edu. Look for “Values-Centered Leadership” under “Certificate Programs.”
